On this premise, Essent and Seraphanon have chosen to be what we believe is a first in the industry - the collaboration of two consultancies providing a unique solution for delivering value to our clients’ evolving needs. Not competing for the same clients and candidates, we provide a different experience for employers and potential employees. With Essent offering 10 years’ experience in IDT recruitment, and Seraphanon having a 14 year track record in General recruitment and HR Consulting, you will connect with the right consultant every time. 

 

Heading each of the companies are two former colleagues who met when working at a respected IDT Recruitment Agency a number of years ago.  We realised we held the same values and ideas of how recruitment “could” be done.  We successfully collaborated from the moment we met, and found it was a more effective and valued experience for our clients.

 

We both have a firm belief that accountability should be to people, not to numbers. This mindset means we are accountable to each other at all times, and to our clients who make doing what we love so enjoyable.  In this vein, we share similar ethics and are both committed to provide each client with our time and energy to continually evolve our relationships.
